We at SUSHAIN, use the following Quality Control Tools

FLOW CHARTS- Flow charts is the visual representation of the steps in a process. It is an extremely useful way of delineating what is going on in a process.

QUALITY CIRCLE- Quality circle is a small group of employees in the same work area or doing a similar type of work who voluntarily meet regularly for about an hour a week to identify, analyse and resolve work related problems, lead to improvement in their total performance and enrich their work life.

KAIZEN- It refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, and business management. By improving standardized activities and processes, kaizen aims to eliminate waste. It focuses on teamwork, improving morale, suggestions from employees for improvement.

5S - It refers to a list of five Japanese words. They all start with the letter "S".

It describes how to organize work space for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items and sustaining the new order.

Seiri - Eliminate all unnecessary tools, parts, and instructions.

Seiton - There should be a place for everything and everything should be in its place.

Seiso - Clean the workspace and all equipments, and keep it clean, tidy and organized.

Seiketsu - Work practices should be consistent and standardized.

Shitsuke- Maintain and review standards.


ISHIKAWA -


Ishikawa diagram, in fishbone shape, showing factors of Equipment, Process, People, Materials, Environment and Management, all affecting the overall problem. Smaller arrows connect the sub-causes to major causes.
